We guarantee our work for 21 days from delivery date on receipt.

For Local Customers Sharpening Services :

*Turn Around Time
We take approximately 2-3 business days for service. Total turn around time is about 7 business days.
*Warranty may be voided. Please be aware of the following :
a. Cutting anything other than hair.
b. Damage to blades caused by dropping or contact with combs.
c. Problems arising from loosening screws or excessive force during cutting.
d. Rust, discoloration, or damage due to the shears' steel or external factors.
e. Issues resulting from problems communicated before sharpening.
f. Disassembly, repair, or modification by the customer leading to defects or damage.
g. This includes cases where repairs or modifications are done by professionals other than us.
*Damage Charge
The process might require extra time, and an additional fee may apply based on the severity of the damage.
Damage can be considered ...Severe Rust, Chemical damage, inappropriately and badly sharpened shears
Damage Charge Fee...$15 for each pair
Due to severe damage, we may have to reject sharpening your shears.
We will inform you when additional damage charge is applied or rejection of sharpening on certain pair in advance.
*Rejection
We do not provide sharpening services for specific shear brands and any Curved thinners. We will inform you in advance.
