Refund policy

 We have a 7-day return or exchange policy on SHEARS & THINNERS from date of invoice. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for ANY COMBS OR ACCESSORIES. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Shows and Events purchases will be non-refundable and non-returnable.

While Supply Last and Discontinued items are Final Sale, meaning no exchange and no refund available

Restocking Fee
When returning or exchanging an item, you will be charged a fee.

                 FOR RETURNS - You will be charged a re-stocking fee of $30

                                             (Shows/Events Purchase restocking fee: $50)

                 FOR EXCHANGES - You will be charged a re-stocking fee of $5

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
